What a neat surprise after all the meetings. My husband thought it was just weird. I think they have a good purpose. We travel to and from California; a lot of driving at night and, if I want to, I can knit scarfs in the dark now. These are battery powered led-lighted knitting needles. They are turned on in the photo. I had fun playing with them last night; my kids were intrigued by all of it. She also sent three stand-up wood dolls for my girls. Real cute; they get to paint them first. She even sent kid paint and kid craft brushes, too. I am just not sure if I am supposed to wait for Christmas to give it to them or are they for now? Either way, they will love them. One of their favorite things to do is paint.
Working on a tutorial for the whip-up competition.
I never heard of knitting needles that glow in the dark! Your friend really knows how to find the unusual. What a fun package!
