This is a store bought dress.
This dress is made out of a knit fabric and has an elastic sewn in the waist but of course becasue the elastic is so old it might as well not be there any more. That should be replaced but I have not been given permission to do that so it will stay as is.
It is equiped with belt loops but no belt is with it
There are small holes next to both belt loops. Which are now fixed i believe they are caused by the belt pulling on the fabric right there. It has a few small stains on it which I have left so who ever wears it fist will ahve to dry clean it to see if those come out.
