I am in an E-zine (Magazine)

There is a E-zine (electronic magazine) that just came out called "Small Town Living". Yes, I live in a small town. Anyway, I got a write up in this magazine on pages 20 - 23. This is the first magazine I've had a feature in. I wish Tina and her husband lots of success with their baby mag; it is on its third edition. Please feel free to follow the links and read this magazine and their other two editions; they are at this link, too.

  4. Sunshine,

What an awesome article and life! I grew up in a small town going to a K-8 as well. My mom was who I learned all my crafty things from. I loved art class but wasn't allowed to take it in High School because my math skills were too high and I was told it was a waste (morons). Guess who majored in fashion merchandising in college because I was sick of forced math and they did let me take Home Ec? I just wished I had taken more art classes then which is probably why I'm a class junkie now.

Anyway, I'm going to bookmark the magazine although I don't miss the small town life. I'm more of a city girl. The things I miss the most are being able to see all the stars on a clear summer night and the fresh clean scent of the air on an early summer morning.

    Thanks for sharing,
    Donna L.

  5. Congratulations!!! I just got to read your article...very nice! I knew you
were a woman of many talents, but I had no idea of HOW MANY ;-) I also like
to learn any new technique I can get my hands on. At times I'm ashamed of
my stash of various supplies, other times I'm proud of them. I've only
begun to packrat though, so I'd better get used to being proud soon, and
    let go of the guilt...

Wonderful job Sunshine...I always love looking at the different things
    you're up to...

  13. Hi,Sunshine, Wow! Your work is amazing! Not only the
beautiful article in the E-zine but also the Silk
ribbon flowers and Cupid. Is that punch needle?
    Gorgeous work!

  14. Yes that is punch needle but I like to term it Russian needle punch as
that is where it is derived from and that is the name I learned when I
was a kid for it. I have lots of photos of things I have made on
flickr if you want to see other things I have done.
