Part 11: blue dress

Not sure if this is a little girl or boy dress. Because when this dress would have been made little boys did wear dresses. Either way it has seen a lot of wear and is very faded from one side to the other. it has two laces one insertion and one edging. It also has very simple pin-tucks defining the center front of this dress.
