Yesterday we, my middle daughter and myself, spent most of our time at the hospital. Got a lot of yo-yos made while waiting. The joke of the day was that my daughter's new nick name was going to be cream filling as she was in the middle of a giant donut. She thought that was funny.
If you have never seen a machine like this, she is on a sled that goes in and out of the big hole, and inside the machine there is an item on a sled that goes in a circle around the opening and takes the x-rays. OK, I am not a doctor or technician; simple terms for me.
Can you believe this is only about a one hour process from drinking the liquid to having the x-rays. But ours was different; we got there between 6:45 am and 7 am and left around 12:00 noon. Go figure!!

Hi, sunshine. Drinking that stuff is the worst, so much of it, so chalky, too. I hope that the info you receive brings good news.
ReplyDeleteI agree with suzyhomemaker... had to do that once, and I hope never again.
ReplyDeleteI hope the info gained brings relief to your daughter soon.
the test results are not helping much. She is still in pain and the doctors after two cat scans an ultra sound are puzzled. She is still in a lot of pain and still missing school
ReplyDeleteI hope that everything is ok with her. My thoughts are with you. Have a good weekend.
