This is a pair of gloves I was working on a little over a month ago when I was traveling home from my uncles funeral which I now need to finish.
I had set my project bag down when I got home and promptly forgot all about this project. I saw the bag yesterday in the process of moving some items around to organize a room. The funny part is I am only about six rows from the mitts being completed why does that always seem to happen. This is the same free pattern I used for the red white and blue gloves and the gryffindor gloves. It is just heavily modified this time with the second video in this post for Lithuanian braids also known as vikkel braid . The braid is in place of the pearl rows before and after the lace open areas in the pattern. I still have yet to learn the first videos way of making this braid guess there will be another pair pf gloves in the works.
