The stars are now on the quilt. I have the quilting or tying left to do, I haven't decided which yet, and the binding. Sorry, it was about 7 pm when I took this photo, and the lighting was bad; I will take a better photo later. Still have two days left of the fall break to get this done. I hope I can do it. Each star has a drawing on it; it's hard to see in the bad lighting.

ReplyDeleteI really like it.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great looking quilt. When my son was in third, fourth and fifth grade, I made a quilt with his class each year. The first went to the teacher and the next two were raffled off to fund trips for the class. I think it is such a wonderful experience for the kids at that young age to learn to sew and make something that benefits their school. The design is great, and I'm amazed you can quilt with three thimbles, your stitches look lovely, just what the quilt needs... I am sure that will be a real money maker for the school, and aren't you good to do it...
