When I stated knitting these 3 days ago my children said they reminded them of Harry Potter you know his house colors of Gryffindor. I guess they sort of do but I wasn’t thinking that when I made them.
They reminded me of traveling jesters and mistrals in the Renaissance period. I guess we all look at things in our own way. I still paln on making a few more pairs of these in the next week or so. Some with green and blue and pink and purple. Then I want to make a pair with all the left overs and see how that comes out. I will post them as I get them done. I am using the same pattern as last time.
I like the edging of the pattern you used--like lace.
