Moon Festival Part 1

Just got back from a trip to California for my Vavo's 95th birthday. While there I went to the Moon festival in Hanford in China Alley. We had a ton of fun one of the first things the girls did was visit an origami both.

The man sitting here made all of the origami in this post. He is in the middle of writing a book about origami. I wish I had got his name so I could give him credit.

    Some great stuff! The moon festival is really interesting, I actually made a flyer for it this past year. I'll try to post it on face book.

    Just found your blog and tatting. I am currently learning tatting, and i actually live really close to Hanford. It was a surprise to see pictures of something local, Even if it was a bit ago. :)

      i love hanford one of my favorite places a lot of my family still lives there if you are in hanford City Florist Gonsalves Fasso is my families business for a few generations.

    Just found your blog through tatting patterns. I am just learning. Live close to Hanford so was a pleasant surprise to see something local even if it was a bit ago. :)
